Had a problem with the trailer lights not working, made it here from Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 not knowing how to go about getting it fixed. However they were knowledgeable..... Arresting any concerns I had..... They got me going in no time... I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a shop that is driver friendly. Also, they conducted an annual inspection. Back to back with the repair I had requested. Stay away from this place AT ALL COSTS!!! They won’t tell you the repair price upfront, then they’ll make you sign something and surprise you with a CRAZY bill. They charged me $700 for a simple hose that took like 10 MINUTES to fix! When I complained about the price, they even THREATENED TO HOLD MY TRUCK and not release it. Never experienced anything like this. These guys are SCAMMERS. DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE!!!

Avoid Flag Truck Center at all costs. I brought my truck in for a transmission and clutch replacement and was given a price upfront. When the job was finished, they charged me $3,000 more than the original quote. When I questioned it, they blamed “extra labor hours,” but the final bill ended up being nearly double what a dealership would charge for the exact same repair. This is not just bad service — it feels like a bait-and-switch. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. As an owner-operator, I rely on honest pricing and transparency, and this shop failed on both. If they knew the job would cost more, they should have communicated that before doing the work — not surprise the customer at the end. Be very careful if you decide to use this place. Get everything in writing and think twice before trusting them with your truck. I will not be returning and strongly recommend others stay away.

Dont come here! These guys straight up swapped my air lines and didnt fix the leak out of revenge for my boss calling the police because the red head, carrot top, in the office freaked out over asking for a quote and held the truck hostage. Charged us 500 dollars for nothing and swapped the frickin air lines. No leaks fixed, nothing. These people are bad news. Truckers, stay away!!! Watch theyre gonna comment a passive agressive feminine response back trying to be demeaning.
